No Prisoners Taken Over May Bank Holiday

Togher AC featured in a number of races over the May bank holiday weekend. On Saturday 29th April, Helen Walsh, Miriam O’Donoghue and Eileen O’ Donoghue took no prisoners in at the Fortress Spike Island, Cork 5k race. Helen is on fire at present and finished second female (21:55). Congratulations Helen on a super performance.

A few weeks after his amazing marathon in Rotterdam, Eric Wolfe ran the Ballyhoura Trail Half Marathon on Saturday 29th April. Eric was 3rd in a time of 1:41:41, an incredible result on this challenging terrain.

The Great Limerick Run took place also on Sunday 30th April. Some great runs by Andrew Maher, Brian Maher, Rachel O’Callaghan, Marjorie Lynch, Patrick O’Connell (new PB by 9 minutes), Niamh Sheehan and Tom Carroll.
