Where and When:
– Tuesdays at 6.45pm at the Mardyke Arena Track
– Thursdays at 7pm at Togher AC Clubhouse
– Fridays at 7.15pm at Togher Athletic Clubhouse, Togher (Circuit Training, 40 mins approx)
– Sundays at 9am at Blackrock Village (except for championship race days)

The senior section of Togher AC is vibrant, competing over cross-country, track and road. Coach Frank Doherty brings a wealth of experience to the club, having previously coached athletes from local runners all the way up to all-Ireland champions.
Training consists of easy running, interval sessions, strength & conditioning and a weekly long run. While training in a group, each athlete is monitored on an individual basis to to ensure that they reach the best of their potential without over-excerting which can lead to injuries.
