How long have you been running?
I’ve been running for about 5 and a half years I started off with my school Douglas Community School and then raced cross country in the winter for Togher. The school and club were linked together.

What’s your main goal for this year?
My main goal for 2016 is to get on the Irish team for the European cross country championships in Italy in December.

Most memorable moment?
My most memorable moment in athletics is probably racing in Edinburgh at the Edinburgh international cross country, it was my first international and a great experience!

What do you like most about Togher AC?
I really like the set up we have at Togher, I have use of the gym and the track as I please and everything very relaxed.

In 5 years time, athletics wise, where do you see yourself?
In the next 5 years I’d like to keep running track and cross country maybe go for a few internationals on the track and cross country then after I might consider moving onto the half marathon or maybe even marathon but I’m not sure yet!

Do you have a favourite sports hero?
My favourite sports person would probably be Conor Mcgregor I love the mental aspect that he has, the fact that he trains hard and believes he is the best, he also motivates me in athletics to work harder. If you work hard enough anything is possible!
